Cancellation Policy: We allow changes or cancellations to your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, or miss your appointment (your appointment is considered missed if you have not arrived by 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time), you will incur a FULL charge of the missed service.
