WHAT IS HOT COLD THERAPY?

Hot cold therapy comes from a tradition that has been used for centuries by athletes and, more recently, Wim Hof fans. The contrast therapy experience begins as you alternate between hot and cold therapy treatments, cycling between infrared sauna sessions, ice baths, and rest. It improves blood circulation, helps you de-stress, and awakens your body and mind. Contrast therapy is an ideal way to naturally help your muscles relax and reduce inflammation in the body. The way this treatment works is you spend nine minutes in a full-spectrum infrared sauna, three minutes in a cold-water plunge, and three minutes of rest. We recommend repeating for three to four cycles.
